APPL/A

The Ada Process-Programming Language based on Aspen (APPL/A) is a superset of Ada [22][21]. It extends Ada with features that facilitate software-object management. The main design goals of APPL/A were to satisfy the object needs of process programming and allow the execution of process programs. As such, we expected the language to contain a high level of support for process improvement, performance guidance, and execution. We expected less support for process management, understanding, and communication.
