Few tools are currently available for MVP-L and APPL/A because the languages are young. We only had a syntax-directed editor and syntax analyzer available for MVP-L. The language would benefit from tools such as a semantic checker, graphical viewer, library manager, analyzer, translator, or simulator. We had a translator from APPL/A to Ada, so we were able execute APPL/A code in the first phase of the study. Both languages would have benefitted from tools such as semantic checkers, graphical viewers, library managers, analyzers, and simulators.
